Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical positions.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely closures.
• Provide regular updates to clients and the internal team on recruitment progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (freelance experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, job portals, and social networks.
