🎓 Education: BE / MBA
⏳ Experience: 2–3 Years (Minimum)
🔹 Job Responsibilities
✔️ Act as a liaison between Production, Procurement, Sales & Logistics to ensure aligned planning and smooth operations
✔️ Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts
✔️ Develop detailed production plans aligned with customer demand and capacity
✔️ Prepare short-term & long-term plans based on forecasts and confirmed orders
✔️ Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of raw materials
✔️ Track production progress and ensure schedules are met
✔️ Adjust plans to manage delays, priorities, or disruptions
✔️ Coordinate with Quality teams to ensure production meets standards
✔️ Resolve production issues including equipment breakdowns and material shortages
🔹 Periodical Responsibilities
✔️ Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks & improvement areas
✔️ Prepare management reports on production performance and deviations
✔️ Monthly sales compliance reporting
✔️ Production compliance reports
✔️ Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity & reduce costs
