Supplier Acquisition Specialist

AMZ Dudes is on the lookout for a Cross-Border Supplier Acquisition Specialist to join its high-performance eCommerce team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Amazon FBA and international business development. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding global suppliers and brands to support our Amazon wholesale operations.

As part of this role, you will lead supplier outreach campaigns, build relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure supplier alignment with strategic product sourcing. This position demands a professional who is not only fluent in communication but also detail-oriented, organized, and driven by results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify global suppliers and brand owners suitable for Amazon FBA wholesale

• Conduct cold outreach via email, phone calls, and other communication channels

• Build long-term relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, MOQs, and delivery terms

• Align sourcing activities with Amazon product research and profitability analysis

• Coordinate internally with the product team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration

• Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, negotiations, and ongoing communications

• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards

Requirements:

• Experience in international supplier sourcing, brand outreach, and Amazon FBA business models is highly preferred

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-focused personality

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
