✨ Role Highlights:
Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of agents to achieve Sales, KPIs & SLAs 📊
Provide coaching, mentoring & performance monitoring
Actively participate in closing sales deals 💼
Foster career growth and team engagement
Collaborate closely with management to drive results

✅ Requirements:
2–4 years of BPO experience (with at least 1 year as Team Lead/Supervisor)
Proven knowledge of Sales, KPIs, Monitoring & Motivation
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example (closing sales independently)
Excellent English communication (UK/USA accent preferred) 🌍
Proficiency in Reporting & MS Excel
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Up to Rs. 90,000 (Basic) + Attractive Commissions (on sales & team performance)

UK Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
USA Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
