🚀 We’re hiring! Lead our Pakistan operations team for UAE business setup services (Freezone, Visa & Banking). Ensure smooth client experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
→ Lead & manage Operations Officers
→ Oversee client cases end-to-end
→ Maintain CRM (Zoho Bigin) & accurate updates
→ Proactive client communication every 48 hrs
→ Coordinate with UAE Freezones (IFZA, RAKEZ, Meydan, etc.)
→ Resolve escalations & stuck cases
→ Track timelines & ensure on-time closures
→ Submit daily reports to Dubai management
Requirements:
→ Excellent English (written & spoken)
→ 5+ years in corporate services / immigration / business setup / client ops
→ Team management & escalation handling experience
→ Proficient in CRM (Zoho or similar) & MS Office / Google Workspace
→ Highly organized, detail-oriented & proactive
