Mon Salwa (Quick Food Industries Pvt. Ltd.), a leading name in the food manufacturing sector, is seeking a Supervisor Electrical to join its Engineering team at the Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal plant performance by managing and executing electrical maintenance operations, diagnosing system faults, and enforcing technical standards.

This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical and technical skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of electrical systems in manufacturing setups and a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance operations to ensure continuous plant performance

• Diagnose and resolve faults in machinery, control panels, and power systems

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce system breakdowns

• Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and company policies

• Maintain records of electrical maintenance and manage inventory of spare parts

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational goals

Qualification:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
