Sr. Manager Production

Description:

• Oversee production operations to meet daily, monthly, and yearly production targets while ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality control processes to minimize defective products.
• Ensure timely availability of production materials and smooth workflow to meet production schedules and achieve UPH/UPMH order closure targets.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, including WIP inventory, to prevent overaging and wastages.
• Ensure production capacity analysis and recommend enhancements to meet organizational and sales plan requirements.
• Address and resolve immediate issues related to production, material supply, and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead initiatives to reduce operational costs, improve productivity, and implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Provide on-the-job training for new hires, foster team building, and develop successor planning for key positions.
• Supervise and manage factory maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualification: BSc Engineering / MBA

Experience: 10 to 15 years
