Solution Analyst - Client Relationship

The Solutions Analyst (SA) is a problem solving professional responsible for maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with customers receiving our personal care services. The SA acts as the primary point of contact, requirements analyst, solution provider, and communicator. The SA ensures that each client’s needs, preferences, and well-being are understood and consistently met through daily communication, problem and solution analysis, service coordination, and prompt addressing of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the main point of contact for customer requests

● Develop quick and thorough understanding of the request, and set the right expectations with customers

● Internal and external coordination for timely and satisfactory accomplishment of customer tasks

● Monitor and report any changes in health status, emotional state, or living conditions

● Fulfill client requests such as reordering supplies, arranging transportation, or scheduling appointments. ● Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions and updates using internal systems

Qualifications and Skills

● Minimum Bachelors

● Superior communication skills in both English and Urdu

● Internship experience in service oriented environments (field experience will be an added advantage)

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills—patient, empathetic, and respectful.

● Organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients’ needs effectively.

● Proficient in using digital communication tools and basic office software.

● Exposure to any CRM software (as a user) preferred

● Ability to work in 12 hours shift (Morning & Night)
