Social Media Executive

Description:

Hashone Digital Private Limited is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with hands-on experience in social media management and paid advertising to strengthen our online presence and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
-Develop and execute social media content strategies.
-Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels.
-Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
-Monitor social media trends and implement relevant strategies.
-Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
-Set up, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), including audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
-Support paid campaigns with ad creatives and copy in coordination with the design and content teams.
-Monitor social media performance, including paid campaign metrics, and prepare reports.
-Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging content.
-Analyze audience engagement and ad performance, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

-1–2 years of relevant experience.
-Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
-Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign objectives, custom and lookalike audiences, and Meta Pixel basics.
-Ability to read and act on ad metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and frequency.
-Experience in content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
-Knowledge of social media trends and audience engagement.
-Basic understanding of social media analytics.
-Good communication and creative thinking skills.
-Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns simultaneously.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
