Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 + Attendance Allowance
Experience: 4–5+ Years

Job Summary:
Experts Communication is seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to manage SEO operations, lead the team, and improve organic search performance, particularly for US-based websites. The ideal candidate must have expertise in SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the SEO team.
- Oversee On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Implement AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
- Optimize website content, backlinks, and technical performance.
- Monitor SEO performance, traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Prepare performance reports and ensure achievement of team KPIs.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and emerging AI search trends.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 4–5+ years of SEO experience, preferably with US-based websites.
- Previous team leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Must be comfortable working the night shift.
