Site Supervisor

Description:

Creative Interiors Pvt Ltd is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage a residential construction project in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential site work, including grey structure and finishing stages, and should be able to handle daily site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day construction activities from foundation to finishing stage
Manage on-site labor teams and coordinate subcontractors
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings
Monitor grey structure work (foundation, columns, slabs, masonry, plaster)
Supervise finishing works (tiles, paint, ceilings, joinery, electrical/plumbing coordination)
Check incoming materials, proper storage, and prevent wastage
Conduct regular quality checks and maintain site safety
Maintain site discipline and cleanliness
Assist in measurements and support billing verification
Requirements & Qualification
Minimum Qualification: DAE Civil, Diploma, or relevant technical certification
Minimum 2 years experience in residential site supervision
Practical knowledge of grey structure and finishing works
Strong labor management and coordination skills
Ability to read drawings and verify levels
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
Must be available full-time on-site in Islamabad
