Construction Supervisor

Description:

We’re looking for a Construction Supervisor to manage site execution, contractor coordination, fit-out work, project timelines, and branch handover for Wrap Lab’s new branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise new branch construction and fit-out work

• Monitor daily site progress and project timelines

• Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior teams

• Ensure work is completed as per layout, BOQ, and brand standards

• Follow up with contractors, vendors, and project teams

• Check finishing quality, materials, measurements, and workmanship

• Maintain daily progress reports with pictures and updates

• Support final snagging, readiness checks, and branch handover

Requirements

• 3–5 years of construction or site supervision experience

• Restaurant, QSR, retail, or commercial outlet project experience preferred

• Good understanding of civil, MEP, finishing, and fit-out work

• Ability to read layouts, drawings, measurements, and BOQs

• Strong contractor coordination and follow-up skills

• Comfortable with regular site visits and project pressure

• Detail-oriented, active, disciplined, and quality-focused
