Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding project status and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (required).
• Certified Electrical Engineer is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the MEP sector (mandatory).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
