Senior Specialist Financial Accounting

Responsibilities
 

• Assist in daily financial operations, including accounts payable, general ledger activities. and statutory compliances.
• Submission of AP invoices, and processing of employee reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in month end closings and reconciliations.
• Internal and external reporting (under IFRS and US GAAP)
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in tax and corporate secretarial compliance
• Coordinating internal and external audits (including special audits).
• Monitoring of compliance to company policies and local regulations
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation of company maintained employee provident fund.
   

Qualifications
 

• Candidate must hold:
  • Certificate in Accounting and Finance (CAF) from ICAP with a minimum 3-year article-ship completed from a well-reputed medium to large sized audit/accounting firm and 2 to 3 years of industry experience in the services sector, or
  • ACCA member with minimum 3 years of Industry experience in the services sector.
• Sound professional with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command on MS Excel
