🔧 What You’ll Own:

Lead and define the technical architecture for complex, distributed systems

Make foundational decisions on system design, scalability, performance, and resilience

Work directly with AI/ML, product, and engineering teams to drive execution at speed

Translate product vision into engineering reality—faster, cleaner, smarter

Mentor senior developers and influence tech strategy across the org

🧠 What You Bring:

10+ years of real-world experience building and scaling product platforms

Deep hands-on expertise in Python, Java, or PHP

Proven track record architecting modern, high-performance systems from the ground up

Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure or data-heavy applications is a big plus

Clear communication, high ownership, and a product-first mindset

Willingness to relocate to Karachi and lead from the front
