Description:
Opperate is on the lookout for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who brings a strong background in outbound B2B SaaS sales and a passion for exceeding sales targets. This is a performance-driven, high-growth opportunity tailored for experienced professionals eager to fast-track their career within a dynamic and ambitious sales environment.
As a Senior SDR, you’ll be expected to take the lead in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, lead qualification, and demo bookings. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, crafting compelling outreach messages, handling objections with confidence, and securing qualified appointments for Account Executives (AEs). You’ll also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and continuously improve conversion metrics.
Success in this role will require a results-oriented mindset, fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written), and a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in remote work environments and values collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute outbound sales campaigns targeting decision-makers in the B2B SaaS industry
Book high-quality demos through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
Engage in active objection handling and qualification of leads
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize conversion
Maintain detailed records of outreach and interactions using CRM tools
Analyze outreach results and adapt tactics to improve outcomes
Contribute to overall pipeline development and team growth
Key Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales or SDR roles
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong understanding of sales cycles, qualification techniques, and lead nurturing
Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and KPIs
Skilled in objection handling and confidence in cold prospecting
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with Account Executives
