🕒 Night Shift: 8 PM–5 AM
🔹 Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the SDR team to achieve sales targets.
* Develop outbound strategies through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
* Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and team productivity.
* Manage the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
* Coach team members and improve outreach performance.
🔹 Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* 3–5 years of experience in sales development, B2B sales, or business development.
* 1–2 years of team leadership or management experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of lead generation and outbound prospecting.
* Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
