Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to generate leads and pitch company services
  • Handle inbound calls and follow up with interested prospects
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide market feedback to the sales and strategy teams
  • Collaborate with team members on outreach strategies and lead qualification
  • Maintain accurate records of communication in CRM systems

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or cold calling roles
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections and convert cold leads into warm opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
