Senior Sales Development
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to generate leads and pitch company services
- Handle inbound calls and follow up with interested prospects
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Provide market feedback to the sales and strategy teams
- Collaborate with team members on outreach strategies and lead qualification
- Maintain accurate records of communication in CRM systems
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or cold calling roles
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and convert cold leads into warm opportunities
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
