Transsion is seeking an energetic and results-driven Senior Retail Specialist to join its team in Lahore. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales performance, retail operations, and market intelligence, and wants to drive operational excellence and market competitiveness from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Training SOPs: Design and implement structured, effective sales training programs to boost field sales capabilities.
FABE Methodology: Apply the Features–Advantages–Benefits–Evidence model to simplify product specifications and clearly communicate value to customers.
Operational Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in store operations and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.
Market Research: Analyze competitors, market dynamics, and retail trends to extract data-driven insights and recommend growth strategies.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
Fluent in English, especially for coordination with Chinese colleagues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven sales track record: Top sales performer for at least 5 consecutive months in the past year (preferably in home appliances, mobile phones, EVs, motorcycles, or automotive sectors).
Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for market trends and performance metrics.
