Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled physical inventory counts.
• Investigate differences between physical stock and system records.
• Reconcile and update inventory records after line manager approval.
• Maintain daily count logs, variance reports, and inventory error trends.
• Verify correct bin locations, labeling, and stock accessibility.
• Support internal and external inventory audits.
• Recommend improvements to reduce stock errors, shrinkage, and operational delays.
• Follow warehouse health and safety standards while handling equipment.

Requirements:
• Intermediate qualification required; graduation preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant warehouse, inventory, or stock-keeping experience.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Retail Pro, or Prism.
• Experience using handheld barcode scanners or RF guns.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift items, and work at height for extended periods.
