Senior Product Designer

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who will act as a key leader in defining and executing our product experience. This role requires a rare combination of strategic product thinking, mastery of hands-on design, and the ability to drive our Design System architecture and governance. You will operate with high autonomy, translating complex business goals into elegant, scalable user experiences.

What You'll Do :

• Design & Strategy: Partner with product and engineering leaders to set the long-term vision and quantify the impact of design work on business and user outcomes.
• System Ownership: Lead the evolution, documentation, and adoption of our Design System, ensuring quality and consistency across all products.
• Execution & Quality: Own complex features end-to-end, delivering polished, accessible, and data-informed UI/UX designs.
• Professional Influence: Clearly articulate and defend design rationale to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of professional experience in Product Design, with a portfolio showcasing measurable impact.
• Experience creating, scaling, and managing a robust, living Design System.
• Proven ability to operate at a strategic level, connecting design decisions to product roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
