Description:
The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating modern, professional, and brand-aligned visual content for Hubaix’s marketing, sales, and content initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with a B2B software house, IT services company, SaaS company, digital agency, or technology brand. This role is ideal for someone who can design strong static visuals, create short-form videos, and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations or pitch decks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create professional social media designs for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Design static posts, carousel posts, banners, thumbnails, announcement creatives, service explainers, and campaign visuals.
- Create short-form video content for social media, including reels, product explainers, promotional clips, motion graphics, and simple animated posts.
- Edit video content using existing footage, screen recordings, stock assets, voiceovers, captions, and brand elements.
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, service decks, proposal decks, company profiles, and sales enablement material.
- Prepare visual assets for landing pages, website sections, product pages, blog pages, and campaign pages.
- Design blog images, article graphics, case study visuals, portfolio layouts, service brochures, and capability documents.
- Convert technical and business concepts into simple, clean, and visually appealing designs.
- Create graphics around AI solutions, software development, automation, voice AI, chatbots, staff augmentation, and other B2B technology topics.
- Maintain consistency in brand colors, typography, layout style, visual hierarchy, and overall brand language.
- Create reusable design templates for social media, presentations, case studies, landing pages, blogs, and sales documents.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and leadership teams to turn ideas into polished visual content.
- Ensure all designs and videos look premium, professional, and suitable for a B2B technology audience.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience as a graphic designer, creative designer, visual content designer, or multimedia designer.
- Experience designing for a B2B software house, IT services company, SaaS company, technology company, or digital agency is strongly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showing social media posts, landing page visuals, presentations, case studies, portfolios, brochures, and video content.
- Good understanding of modern design principles, layout, spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Experience creating professional LinkedIn content and B2B marketing creatives.
- Ability to design clean and professional PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks.
- Intermediate to Advance video editing skills for short-form marketing videos.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva Pro, PowerPoint, Google Slides, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Ability to understand technical or business concepts and convert them into simple, attractive visuals.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines consistently.
