Senior Full-stack Ai Product Engineer

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full-Stack AI Product Engineer to join our growing group of businesses and help us build an ambitious new technology platform from the ground up.

This is not a website-development role.

This is not a WordPress role.

This is not a role for someone whose AI experience is limited to prompts, ChatGPT or basic no-code automations.

We are looking for a genuine software engineer who can take a product from concept → architecture → development → integrations → deployment → ongoing improvement.

About the Project

We are building a confidential AI-powered property, business & wealth technology platform for property investors, business owners and entrepreneurs.

The long-term vision is to create one intelligent environment where users can manage and understand areas such as:

• Property assets
• Business assets
• Values and equity
• Debt
• Income and cashflow
• Documents
• Acquisitions and opportunities
• Project progress
• Financial information
• Client communications
• AI-powered insights and assistance

This is intended to become a genuine scalable software product, not simply a client portal.

You will work directly with the Founder and alongside a dedicated GHL / CRM / Automation Lead, allowing you to focus primarily on product engineering while collaborating on integrations, data architecture, workflows and user journeys.

What You Will Build & Own

You will be involved across the full product lifecycle, including:

• Secure user authentication and permissions
• Frontend dashboards and user interfaces
• Backend services and APIs
• Database architecture
• Property and business asset models
• Document storage
• Financial calculations
• AI-powered application features
• CRM integrations using APIs and webhooks
• Third-party integrations
• Internal admin systems
• Cloud deployment
• Testing and technical documentation

You will be expected to take ideas and turn them into working software quickly.

Technical Experience

We are looking for strong real-world experience with technologies such as:

• React / Next.js or another modern frontend framework
• Python / FastAPI, Node.js or comparable backend technologies
• PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• REST APIs and webhooks
• Authentication and permissions
• Secure handling of customer data
• Git / GitHub
• Cloud deployment

AI / LLM Experience

Strong applied AI experience is highly desirable, particularly:

• OpenAI APIs
• Anthropic / Claude APIs
• Gemini
• RAG systems
• Vector databases
• AI agents
• LLM application architecture
• Structured AI outputs
• AI-powered workflows

We actively encourage the use of modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and similar tools to increase development speed.

However, you must genuinely understand, review and take ownership of the architecture and code you produce.

Advantageous Experience

Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:

• GoHighLevel APIs
• n8n / Make / Zapier
• SaaS products
• Fintech / Proptech / property technology
• Data visualisation and financial dashboards
• Mobile applications
• AI agents

GHL experience is not essential as we have dedicated CRM/automation support within the team.
