About the Role
We are seeking a developer who can take ownership of complex applications, make sound architectural decisions, and deliver production-ready solutions with exceptional UI/UX quality.

Job Responsibilities
-Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for Android, iOS, and Web.
-Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable application architectures.
-Develop responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces for mobile, tablet, and web platforms.
-Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party services.
-Implement efficient state management using BLoC, Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider.
-Work with real-time data, push notifications, local storage, and offline-first functionality.
-Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.
-Write clean, testable, well-documented code following industry best practices.
-Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure application stability across platforms.
-Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams.
-Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
-Manage application builds, releases, and deployments for mobile and web platforms.

Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of professional Flutter and Dart development experience.
-Proven experience delivering production-level Flutter mobile and web applications.
-Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, MVVM, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
-Advanced knowledge of state management, particularly BLoC/Cubit or Riverpod.
-Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and asynchronous programming.
-Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and real-time communication.
-Proficiency in responsive layouts, adaptive UI, animations, and custom widgets.
-Experience with SQLite, Hive, Isar, or other local databases.
-Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment.
-Experience with unit testing, widget testing, debugging, and performance profiling.
-Experience developing enterprise applications, ERP systems, POS solutions, or SaaS platforms.
-Experience with offline-first applications and data synchronization.
-Knowledge of WebSockets, SignalR, or real-time event-driven applications.
-Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
-Experience with AI-powered features and third-party AI API integrations.
-Experience leading development teams or mentoring developers.
