Momentum Consulting Group (MCG) is seeking an experienced professional Head of Information Security for FinTech and Payment Technology Industry.
We are looking for a strategic security leader to strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture, oversee information security governance, manage technology risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide information security and cybersecurity strategy.
Oversee information security governance, risk assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure payment security standards, including PCI DSS, PCI PIN, and PCI 3DS.
Strengthen data protection, cloud security, and cyber resilience.
Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and security incident management initiatives.
Collaborate with technology and business leadership to embed security across critical systems and operations.

Requirements
Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Extensive experience in information security and cybersecurity leadership.
Strong knowledge of payment security standards, information security frameworks, and data privacy regulations.
Proven expertise in IT audits, risk management, cloud security, and compliance.
Experience in FinTech, payment processing, banking, or financial services will be an advantage.
