Inbrice, a prominent player in the FMCG industry, is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Senior Finance & Accounts Officer for its Karachi office. This role is ideal for a CA Inter or CA Article-ship completed professional who has more than five years of hands-on experience in managing finance and accounting functions.

The candidate will play a key role in overseeing the organization’s financial health, working closely with banks for treasury operations, maintaining robust accounting systems, and ensuring effective financial controls through ERP systems. The ideal applicant should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage treasury-related operations including liaising with banks, managing fund transfers, and ensuring efficient cash flow handling

• Oversee and control the organization’s accounts system, ensuring all financial records are accurate, updated, and compliant

• Work extensively with ERP software for financial data entry, monitoring, and reporting

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and auditing standards

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses to support strategic decision-making

• Assist in the budgeting process and financial planning

• Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders as required

• Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

• CA Inter qualified or completed CA article-ship from a reputable firm

• More than 5 years of practical experience in finance or accounting

• Strong knowledge of treasury management, including experience dealing with banks

• Proficient in accounting systems and ERP tools

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• A professional attitude with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
