Hiring: Senior Fashion Designer
(Luxury Pret & Formals)

UY Collection is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our team in Lahore.

We are looking for a designer with a strong background in Luxury Pret and Formal Wear who understands fashion from concept development to production and has hands-on experience in building fashion brands from scratch.

📍 Location: Lahore (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Luxury Pret and Formal Wear collections
• Create professional fashion sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings
• Develop embroidery layouts and embellishment concepts for production
• Work closely with production and marketing teams
• Conduct trend research and translate insights into commercially successful collections
• Manage sampling, fittings and product development processes
• Contribute to brand identity, collection planning and growth strategies

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Luxury Pret and Formal Wear
✔ Strong expertise in Fashion Sketching and Illustration
✔ Hands-on experience with Multihead Embroidery development and execution
✔ Proven experience in building a fashion brand from scratch
✔ Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, embellishments, and production
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools
✔ Strong creative vision with commercial fashion awareness
✔ Ability to independently manage multiple collections and deadlines
