Senior Fashion & Textile Designer
Prints | Embroidery | Silhouette Development

Sefam is seeking an accomplished and highly creative designer with exceptional expertise in print development, intricate embroidery, surface embellishments, and innovative garment silhouettes.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop original seasonal collections, from research and mood boards to final design execution.
Create sophisticated prints, placements, repeats, engineered layouts, and contemporary textile compositions.
Develop intricate embroidery patterns, motifs, stitch combinations, embellishment placements, and innovative surface techniques.
Design refined garment silhouettes, cuts, construction details, and contemporary interpretations of traditional fashion.
Translate creative concepts into detailed technical specifications, ensuring accuracy in sampling and production.
Identify emerging fashion trends, fabric innovations, color directions, and techniques relevant to premium fashion collections.
Work closely with sampling, pattern-making, merchandising, and production teams to achieve design excellence.

Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design from NCA, PIFD etc.
3–4 years of relevant design experience, preferably in premium Eastern womenswear or designer fashion.
Demonstrated expertise across prints, embroidery development, garment silhouettes, and surface embellishments.
Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, embroidery processes, and printing techniques.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; expertise in digital textile design tools is an advantage.
An exceptional portfolio demonstrating originality, technical depth, innovative design thinking, and commercially successful collections.
Ability to independently lead design concepts from initial inspiration through final product development.
