Senior Fashion Designer (Full-Time, Onsite – Lahore)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our creative team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be an expert in couture, bridal, pret and unstitched collections with hands-on production experience. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing new seasonal collections, overseeing bridal and couture orders, and managing the complete production cycle from design to delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development
• Develop new pret, unstitched, bridal, and couture collections in line with market trends and brand direction.
• Create sketches, illustrations, mood boards, and detailed design sheets.
• Research fabrics, embellishments and global fashion inspirations.
• Production & Execution
• Oversee the production process to ensure timely completion with flawless quality.
• Coordinate with artisans, pattern makers, and tailors for precision in stitching and finishing.
• Approve samples, fittings, and final pieces before dispatch.
• Order & Client Management
• Manage bridal and couture orders, ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Provide design suggestions, attend fittings and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Collaboration & Supervision
• Work closely with operations and QC teams for smooth workflow.
• Supervise junior designers or interns when required.


Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Fashion Designer with a strong portfolio in bridal, couture, pret and unstitched collections.
• Strong expertise in fabric selection, embellishment techniques, draping, and finishing.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury markets, and seasonal aesthetics.
• Excellent hand sketching and digital design skills (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple collections and custom orders under strict deadlines.


Job Details:

• Location: Lahore (Onsite)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 (based on experience and expertise)
