Senior Business Development Specialist

BilNow Services is actively seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Development Specialists to join our sales team in Bahria Town, Lahore. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base within the medical billing industry by leveraging your exceptional sales skills and industry knowledge.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills with a native accent, which is mandatory to effectively communicate and build rapport with our international clients and partners. This position operates during the evening shift to align with our global clients' working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the medical billing sector by proactively reaching out to potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

• Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to new clients.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.

• Provide feedback from clients to the product and operations teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the medical billing or healthcare services industry.

• Exceptional English communication skills with a native or near-native accent (mandatory).

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently during the evening shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKST).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working onsite in Bahria Town, Lahore.
