What We're Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of experience in Business Development
✅ Strong expertise in Upwork bidding & proposal writing
✅ Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Ability to convert leads into long-term clients
