Senior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. If you have strong expertise in financial reporting, VAT compliance, and accounting operations — this could be a great fit.

📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Manage month-end closing activities and general ledger maintenance
• Perform and supervise bank and intercompany reconciliations
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely submissions
• Handle VAT calculations, returns, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve accounting queries
• Identify gaps and improve accounting processes

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔ 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience
✔ Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance
✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
✔ Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations
✔ Professional qualifications (ACCA/MBA/MSc) are a plus
✔ Experience in real estate or related industry will be advantageous
