Dee Designers (SMC-Private) Limited is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our websites to improve search engine visibility, increase organic traffic, and drive measurable results through data-driven SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, backlinks, and content optimization.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to ensure the website follows the latest search engine guidelines.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Track and analyze website analytics, performance metrics, and search trends using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO and Google algorithm changes.
- Generate monthly SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
- Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
