🎯 The Role

You’ll take ownership of high-spend Meta accounts focused on lead generation and sales funnels.

You will be responsible for:

• Building structured campaign architecture
• Executing horizontal & vertical scaling strategies
• Optimizing based on MER and blended performance metrics
• Implementing CAPI and advanced tracking systems
• Driving CRO through continuous testing (creatives, hooks, landing pages)
• Working alongside AI-driven creative workflows

This is a decision-making role, not just execution.

🧠 Who This Is For

✔ 3+ years of serious Meta Ads experience

✔ Experience managing meaningful budgets

✔ Deep understanding of funnel psychology (TOF → MOF → BOF)

✔ Comfortable working with data, attribution, and tracking

✔ Can diagnose performance issues without guesswork

✔ Thinks in systems, not single campaigns
