About the Role
BizScale is looking for a results-driven Sales Team Lead with experience in closing sales for USA-based digital marketing campaigns and leading a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Close sales for digital marketing services in the USA market.
-Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
-Monitor team performance, sales conversions, and revenue generation.
-Handle client negotiations and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
-Prepare sales reports and implement strategies to improve team performance.
Requirements
-1–2 years of experience in closing sales for USA-based digital marketing campaigns.
-Previous experience as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.
-Strong English communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
-Good understanding of digital marketing services and the USA market.
-Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage team performance.
-Flexibility to work evening or night shifts aligned with the USA market.
