Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process for sales talent, ensuring alignment with the organization's needs.
  • Assign Accounts to the sales team in coordination with the Product team.
  • Develop and implement nationwide sales team training programs, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Mentor and coach sales representatives, team leads, and regional managers to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create development plans for staff.
  • Collaborate with the Product team.

 

Measurable deliverables:

 

  • Execute training programs that enhance sales performance and skill development.
  • Provide regular performance reports on team growth, and goal alignment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate implementation of national sales strategies.

 

Requirement:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in sales management or leadership, preferably in a national/regional role.
  • Experience in leading large-scale sales teams.
  • Strong ability to collaborate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Results-driven with a focus on long-term growth.
  • Hands-on leader, skilled in coaching and building high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
