Mercantile Pacific Group is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Executive to join our team in Karachi or Lahore, Pakistan.

Employment Type: Full Time (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales order processing, invoicing, and transaction documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and aging inventory across warehouses and channel partners.
- Support demand forecasting, stock replenishment planning, and inventory allocation.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Analyse sales performance, targets, margins, and channel data to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and channel teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform stock and invoice reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company SOPs, internal controls, and vendor requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate recurring reports and reconciliations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, order management, inventory management, or commercial analysis.
- Experience with ERP and inventory management systems, such as SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, Power Query, and data modelling.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for management reporting.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Metabase, or similar business intelligence tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, coordination, and time management.
- Ability to handle confidential commercial data with integrity and professionalism.
