Sales Specialist

Description:

We are #hiring a Sales Specialist / Telemarketer for a 6-hour night shift (USA working hours) at our Johar Town, Lahore office. This role offers a fixed salary plus attractive commission on closed deals. The right candidate will have prior telemarketing/sales experience and must be fluent in a neutral or US accent.

Responsibilities:

• Call and engage with warm leads provided by the company.

• Build rapport and close sales with USA-based prospects.

• Consistently achieve sales targets to maximize commissions.

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing / telesales / call center sales.

• Fluent English with a US accent (mandatory).

• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work onsite in Johar Town, Lahore.

• Comfortable with night shift (6 hours, USA timings).
