Sales Service Representative

Description:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting energy supply services and solar solutions to residential and commercial customers. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling abilities, and a customer-focused attitude to drive conversions and educate customers on the benefits of switching energy providers or going solar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls or field visits to potential customers.
• Explain the benefits of switching energy suppliers or adopting solar power.
• Qualify leads and match them with the best available energy or solar solutions.
• Close sales by building rapport, addressing customer concerns, and guiding them through the sign-up process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (call center or field sales preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and utility markets is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
• Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
