Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, proven experience managing sales teams, and a deep understanding of IT services and technology solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives & SDRs
• Build and maintain a high-performing sales team through hiring, training, and coaching
• Develop sales strategies, workflows, and KPIs to improve conversions and productivity
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations
• Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams for smooth project onboarding
• Monitor pipeline health, forecasts, and CRM reporting
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
✔ Minimum 8 years of managerial sales experience in the IT industry
✔ Proven experience leading and managing sales teams
✔ Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, outsourcing, and technology products
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills
✔ Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
✔ Self-motivated, strategic, and target-oriented mindset

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience selling Software Development, QA, AI, SaaS, Cloud Solutions, IT Outsourcing, and IT Staffing services
⭐ Experience handling B2B sales and international clients
⭐ Existing network of business contacts and decision-makers
