We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Catering and Event Management Sales Manager to join our team. The ONLY INDIVIDUALS WITH B2B CONNECTIONS AND HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN CATERING OR EVENT MANAGEMENT SALES WILL BE CONSIDERED — ALL OTHERS SHOULD NOT APPLY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
- Client Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Develop and present tailored proposals to clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, staying ahead of competitors in the banquet and catering industry.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.

- Revenue & Performance Management:
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Provide regular updates through detailed sales reports and forecasts.

- Experience: 3+ years in sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
