An exciting opportunity is open for experienced B2B sales agents to join a Lahore-based company serving the U.S. construction and estimation industry. This is an on-site night shift role (U.S. business hours) located in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, ideal for sales professionals who are confident, resilient, and driven to exceed targets in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls targeting U.S.-based businesses

  • Promote construction estimation services, qualify prospects, and convert leads

  • Follow structured sales scripts while tailoring responses dynamically

  • Maintain records and lead status updates using CRM tools

  • Handle objections tactfully and sustain a high call volume

  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly performance goals

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of outbound B2B sales or telemarketing experience

  • Industry knowledge of construction and estimation services is highly preferred

  • Excellent verbal communication skills – fluent English with clear tone and delivery

  • Comfortable working on-site night shifts aligned with U.S. hours

  • Strong grasp of CRM systems and digital sales tools

  • Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented with a positive attitude

  • Team-oriented mindset with adaptability in high-pressure environments
