As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating and managing leads related to off-plan real estate projects in Pakistan. You will engage potential clients through consultations, presentations, and ongoing communication to guide them through investment opportunities aligned with Shariah principles.

Your efforts will directly impact sales growth, requiring strong follow-up skills and an ability to close deals efficiently while meeting monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage quality leads for off-plan property sales

• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and consultations with professionalism

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships

• Provide expert guidance on real estate investment opportunities that comply with Shariah law

• Successfully close sales deals and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Urdu

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and present effectively

• Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus but not mandatory

• High energy, confidence, and a goal-oriented mindset
