Sales Executive

Avizions Soft is actively seeking a Front Seller to lead its sales efforts in the Design Domain using the Bark platform for the US and Canadian markets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for an individual who thrives in a goal-oriented environment and has a strong passion for digital product sales.

As a Front Seller, you will be the primary point of contact for inbound leads and prospective clients. Your role will involve managing leads, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The position requires a proactive and independent approach, with the ability to meet aggressive revenue targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert high-value leads through the Bark platform, primarily targeting clients in the US and Canada.

• Drive consistent sales growth specifically in the design services sector.

• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Achieve and surpass monthly targets ranging from $5000 to $10000 in sales.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital design trends and service offerings.

• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and client feedback.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in digital sales, preferably within the design domain.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations.

• A self-starter attitude with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.

• Experience working with sales platforms like Bark is highly desirable.

• Excellent time management and client-handling skills.
