Description:
We are looking for experienced closers with a strong background in sales, particularly in campaigns related to charitable organizations and fundraising. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving donations, partnerships, and enrollments for UK-based NGO and skill-learning campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential donors and clients in the UK to secure donations, enrollments, and partnerships for NGO campaigns and educational initiatives.
• Use persuasive communication and proven sales strategies to close deals effectively.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
• Identify and address client needs, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and objectives.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining professionalism and quality.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on campaign details, program benefits, and industry trends related to NGOs and charitable work.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on closing deals and exceeding targets.
• Previous experience working with charitable organizations, fundraising, or donor outreach is a must.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and build trust with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Go High Level CRM) and basic computer skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals and helping causes.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
