🔹 Position: Sales Executive

📍 Location: Karachi, Pakistan
💼 Experience: 1–3 years
🕒 Job Type: Full-time, 12Pm to 9Pm Mid Shift

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential customers through calls, social media, and other sales channels.
- Promote our professional training programs, workshops, and business development initiatives.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates.

🔹 Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making sales calls, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- A proactive, positive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using social media and basic CRM or sales tracking tools will be an advantage.
