As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers with travel-related services, including flight bookings, holiday packages, hotel reservations, visa services, and other travel solutions. You will communicate with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms, helping them find the best travel options while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
- Promote and sell travel packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa services, and tour packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare travel quotations, itineraries, and customized travel plans.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel destinations, visa requirements, airline policies, and travel regulations.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and travel partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process.
- Stay updated with travel industry trends, destinations, and promotional offers.

Education
Minimum Qualification
- Intermediate (FA, FSc, ICS, ICom or equivalent) is required.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field will be preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, travel consultancy, call center operations, or a related field will be preferred.
- Experience in the travel industry will be considered an advantage.
