Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in industrial instrumentation sales, specifically targeting Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, and Process Industries. The role focuses on driving business growth, managing key accounts, and delivering technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, and Petrochemical sectors
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tenders
• Participate in EPC/OEM/end-user project bidding
• Develop relationships with end users, EPC contractors, and consultants
• Conduct client visits, technical discussions, and presentations
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote instrumentation products such as flow, pressure, level, and temperature transmitters, analyzers, control valves, PLC/DCS
• Support clients in product selection and system integration
• Review RFQs and prepare techno-commercial offers
• Coordinate with OEMs/principals for pricing and specifications
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, or Mechatronics Engineering
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in instrumentation sales (Oil & Gas / Fertilizer / Process industry)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
