Sales Development Representative

 

Description:

DataGraders is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our business growth initiatives. This role is primarily focused on B2B lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, and business development, particularly for international markets. We are seeking someone who can identify opportunities, initiate meaningful conversations with prospects, and help build a strong sales pipeline.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage decision-makers.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns and nurture prospective clients.
  • Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the consulting team.
  • Research target accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity records.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
  • Contribute to achieving company growth and revenue targets.
  • Support general business coordination activities as required.

 

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn prospecting and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience targeting international clients, preferably in the Middle East market.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
