Sales Development Representative

 

Description:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries, nurturing potential customers, and converting qualified leads into high-value sales opportunities. Your primary role is to educate prospective clients about Joblogic’s software solutions, develop a relationship of trust, and ensure they understand the value we bring to their business.

 

While training will be provided on Joblogic’s products and processes, you should already be skilled in engaging and influencing customers across various channels. As an ambassador for Joblogic, you’ll focus on connecting with prospects and maintaining professionalism in every interaction, whether by phone, email, or online chat.

 

WHAT YOUR MAIN FOCUS WILL BE:

  • Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and online chat to qualify interest and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Present Joblogic’s software offerings, demonstrating their features and benefits in ways that resonate with prospects.
  • Track all lead communications accurately and maintain the CRM system to reflect the most current information.
  • Provide qualified and warm leads to the sales team by scheduling demonstrations and facilitating transitions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to strengthen engagement strategies.

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales within a SaaS company, ideally in a service management or related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software, with experience using inbound marketing tools a plus.
  • Quick to learn complex software and an ongoing ability to keep updated.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with clients in the UK and Ireland is a bonus.

 

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Productivity Apps.
  • Knowledge of using Active Campaign or other CRM Databases
  • Previous experience in an inbound / outbound sales and lead generation role
  • Interest / knowledge of IT, ERP, Software Implementation
  • General knowledge of the Trades Industry, such as Heating, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Security etc.
